New-client commission
Bring in a client, share the revenue. You’ll earn a real percentage of the first-year contract value on any new client you personally source and close. Pipeline isn’t just the owner’s job. Whoever builds it earns from it.
Profit share when we hit targets
When the company hits its yearly targets, a percentage of profit goes into a pool the team shares. Clear targets, clear math. No black-box bonuses, no “discretionary” surprises. You’ll always know what you’re working toward.
Performance bonuses
Strong client retention, expanded scopes, hitting the metrics that matter. That shows up in your paycheck, not just your annual review. The work compounds. So does the reward.
Real work-life balance
We don’t hand out glory points for grinding past 6pm. On-call is rotated, PTO is real and encouraged, and “always on” isn’t a culture we’re chasing. Burned-out techs cost clients more than time off ever does.
