Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: November 7, 2026

Caruso Tech Services LLC wants everyone who visits www.CarusoTechServices.com to be able to read it, move through it, and contact us, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This page explains the standard we work to, what we have done so far, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

1. Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are the guidelines referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for web accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

2. What We Have Done

  • Text and background colors on every page meet the 4.5:1 contrast minimum in both dark and light mode
  • Every page has a "Skip to main content" link, a single main landmark, and a logical heading order
  • All interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
  • Links inside paragraphs are underlined so they do not rely on color alone
  • Images carry alternative text; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers
  • Forms have visible labels tied to their fields, and required fields are marked
  • Animations respect the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system
  • Pages work at 200% zoom and on phone-width screens without horizontal scrolling
  • An accessibility menu (bottom-left icon) lets you adjust contrast, text size, spacing, and more on top of our defaults

3. Known Limitations

  • Google reviews: review text and reviewer names on the homepage come from Google and may not include every attribute a screen reader expects.
  • Calculators: the interactive calculators use sliders. Every slider can be operated with the arrow keys, and the results are announced, but the experience is best with a mouse or touch.
  • Older blog posts: we are reviewing earlier articles for heading structure and link text; most have been updated.
  • Third-party sites: the client portal and other linked services are operated by their vendors and are outside the scope of this statement.

4. Testing

We test with automated tools (axe-core) on every template in both color modes, and manually with keyboard-only navigation and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS. We re-test when we change the site's layout or styles.

5. Tell Us About a Barrier

If any part of this website is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, contact us and we will help. We reply to accessibility reports within five business days.
