Dom helped me maximize my WiFi power. I’ve been paying for gigabit for 2 years and he came and tested the speed. It only came to 90megabits, 10% of what I was paying for. He was able to isolate the problem as the cable coming from the outdoor box to the router. He was able to drill a new home and connect a new cable capable of supporting the gigabit plan. He also sealed up the holes (the original provider never did and I didn’t realize there was an open hole through my house). He also stayed longer than necessary to ensure my router and WiFi extenders were fully functional and even tested some devices like my computer and PlayStation to ensure the internet was performing to its full potential on all the devices in my house! He did a wonderful job and worked overtime and continues to check in to ensure my internet service is performing at its best!
